The Live Your Best Life with ADHD Program (LYBL) is designed to help you get from where you are - struggling with ADHD symptoms. To where you want to be - enjoying your life even with ADHD. 

Through the process of coaching, education and application of strategies and skills we work together to ultimately design the dream life you're ready to begin living. 

We'll work together for a total of 9-weeks consisting of virtual meetings, homework, and the application of learned skills and strategies. While working through the program you're given full access to me. From texting to weekly emails, we're connected as we design this new life you'll be living at the end of 9-weeks.

Good solutions begin with a clear understanding of the problem. 

Beginnings are often the hardest but we'll take it at an achievable pace. We start our coaching relationship with a Discovery Call where we'll discuss everything that's happening in your life. The second call will cover your personal neurology or 'why you do what you do' which sets up our final call in this section: discovering your strengths where I'll help you see your innate strengths that will help us in the next section.

Coping with ADHD is doing the right thing at the right time, most if not all of the time - and this takes practice. Our last three calls will focus on what's working for you and what isn't. We'll work together each week to tweak and finetune your skills and strategies while ensuring they remain aligned to your goals.
